9151 Close 22-Oct-2018 08:15 Level 5 Observations Low Cctv operator sharief was informed of a couple that was granted access with pick n pay tickets. Top station M.O.D notice on the tickets was written please allow through . Cctv operator sharief was asked to check who allowed visitors up due to tickets shows access denied. Feedback was given ticket office gave level 5 the go ahead to allow the visitors through tickets wasnt scanned due to system couldnt pick up the tickets although it was valid tickets. F.A.I.O
10076 Close 21-Oct-2018 06:00 TS Pathway Observations Low Security found visitors feeding the dassies at Top station. He immediately informed top station M.O.D of the incident who in turn spoke to the visitor. F.A.I.O
10074 Close 21-Oct-2018 04:20 TS Pathway Observations Low Security found a group of youngsters smoking in the pathways. The group of smokers were infomed to smoke at 12 Apostle Terrace. Feedback was given to the Top station MOD.
10090 Close 21-Oct-2018 05:30 TS Queue Observations Low Security was called by top station staff to assist and to speak to a group of visitors that was being rude to other visitors in the queue. They were kindly asked not to jump the queue because everybody want to get down the mountain safely. The visitors were very understanding and ended up apologising for there behaviour. The feedback was given to the M.O.D. F.A.I.O
10075 Close 20-Oct-2018 05:00 TS Pathway Observations Low A visitor informed security that she lost her hand bag and cannot seem to remember where. Security and the visitor immediatedly retraced her steps to find the visitors bag. While walking in the pathways he noticed an unattended bag laying on the lookout point Camps Bay side. It was later discovered that the bag belongs to the visitor. Security asked that she check inside and confirm if everything were still there. Incident was reported to top station M.O.D. F.A.I.O
9125 Close 20-Oct-2018 04:00 Level 1 Observations Low ADT responded to an alarm that activated on site. ADT control room contacted lorenzo to inform him of the incident and to tell him that the ADT armed reponse vehicle found security on site and that they checked the premises and found all in order.
9343 Close 20-Oct-2018 06:30 LS Tafelberg Road Observations Low Female visitor reported to cctv operator sharief she was jogging and notice a vehicle parked by platteklip gorge with a broken window. Saps was immediately informed of the incident. F.A.I.O
9341 Close 18-Oct-2018 12:15 LS Tafelberg Road Observations Low Security found a silver Honda reg CA 951-121 with an open window. He checked if any personal belonging where visible on the seat but nothing was found. F.A.I.O
9342 Close 18-Oct-2018 04:55 LS Tafelberg Road Observations Low Security found a white Nissan Micra reg HG 49 LP GP with a window slightly open .Upon investigation security noticed two jackets laying on the seat, a hand bag and a usb charger. He immediately informed the M.O.D and also position himself in the parking area to keep an close eye over the vehicle. F.A.I.O
9203 Close 16-Oct-2018 11:05 LS Staff Room Observations Low Staff member Olga's product got stuck in the vending maching. When she went back to check if her item was still there, it was missing. While reviews were being done, it was noticed that another staff member took her product from the vending machine without permission. Feedback was given to the vending staff member who in turn replaced her money.
