- Security was called by top station staff to assist and to speak to a group of visitors that was being rude to other visitors in the queue. They were kindly asked not to jump the queue because everybody want to get down the mountain safely. The visitors were very understanding and ended up apologising for there behaviour. The feedback was given to the M.O.D. F.A.I.O
