- Cctv operator sharief was informed of a couple that was granted access with pick n pay tickets. Top station M.O.D notice on the tickets was written please allow through . Cctv operator sharief was asked to check who allowed visitors up due to tickets shows access denied. Feedback was given ticket office gave level 5 the go ahead to allow the visitors through tickets wasnt scanned due to system couldnt pick up the tickets although it was valid tickets. F.A.I.O
