Cctv operator Hugo observed a grey Nissan Juke registration number Ca 273-297 coming past lowerstation and when the vehicle past stores delivery area the driver placed a yellow taxi sign on the roof and proceeding towards platteklip gorge area. Lpr system was checked and found that it is a regular occurence.
