- Security officer Sipho noticed a dark in color vehicle with dark tinted windows with it's lights on and according to security there were no movement inside. The vehicle had no number plates displayed as well. Security monitored the vehicle and informed ADT. ADT followed the vehicle off the premises towards signil hill. F.A.I.O
