- A visitor reported that she lost her wallet. Security asked a Tmac staff member to assist her retracing her steps in order to determine where she could have lost her wallet. While retracing her steps they found her wallet laying under the ticket office queue bench where she was sitting. Feedback was given to MOD. F.A.I.O
