- Cctv operator sharief spotted on the camera an invalid ticket scan on level 5. The visitors were allowed pass the turnstile with an invaild ticket. Feed back was given to superviors and problem was resolved. Tmacc staff were scanning double and that causes the system to show invalid ticket scans. F.A.I.O
