- A visitor collapsed in front of the elevators on level two. A first aider was called to assist. It was later discovered that the visitor had not eaten the morning. According to security the visitor described a dizzy feeling. Security summoned a first aider to administer first aid. His relatives told the first aider that they did not want medical attention. The visitor opt to go up to mountain with his relatives. The first aider completed a form and feedback was given to Simone F.A.I.O
