- Level one tmac staff reported that a visitor came on site with an uber and parked in front of level one entrance gate and causing a disturbance. The cable way was not busy during that time. Our staff member approached the driver and asked if they need assistance. In reply of the visitor, he insisted to see a manager. Tmacc staff member called the M.O.D via the two way radio but there was no response. After being unsuccessful in getting in contact with the MOD, he decided to contact the MOD from the staff room. When the tmacc staff member returned, he noticed the visitor removing his personal belongings from the vehicle and leaving it in front of level one entrance gate. The M.O.D eventually arrived on the scene and approached the driver. The visitor sitting in the passenger side told the MOD to listen to his music playing aloud. The visitor continued to increase the volume and the MOD decided to approach Saps, who was onsite and request assistance. The disgruntle visitor got out of the vehicle and threw his cell phone on the ground broken. Saps then escorted them off the premises. F.A.I.O
