- Security officer Maqungo reported that a visitor colapsed on the steps moving from level 1 to level 2. A doctor in the tour group attended to the visitor. ER 24 Paramedic arrived at 09:48 and ER 24 ambulance arrived at 09:53. At 10:18am the visitor was taken to hospital.
