- On the 4th August a tmac staff member asked security to review footage in the Wi-fi area. As from CCTV operator Sharief he noticed a contractor busy painting and lost his balanced while painting. He accidently fell and in the process caused the crystals to fall. Feedback was given to management . F.A.I.O
